Account data deletion

This page is intentionally slow. It is not logout, not “clear storage”, and not uninstall. If you only want to leave the app, go back.

This is only for permanently erasing your NoteHero account on the server. Logging out or clearing storage is not this page.

Stop and read this. Completing this process permanently deletes your NoteHero account data tied to your Telegram user. Remaining premium time and AI credits are forfeited. We will not restore the account, notes progress, or paid time. Payment records needed for tax may still be kept.

Most people want Settings → Clear storage, or simply logging out. Those options do not delete the account and they are the right choice if you are just switching phones.

What you lose

Telegram login sessions and app tokens
Course list stored for your account
Push notification device tokens
AI credit balance on this Telegram id
Any remaining premium / approved-user access for this Telegram id

If you paid recently, deleting now throws that access away. There is no refund because you asked us to erase the account.

I will lose study account data on the server, not only files on this phone. I understand leftover premium and AI credits will not be refunded or restored. I understand payment receipts may be kept for tax and disputes, without keeping me signed in.

Mandatory waiting period

The button stays locked until the timer ends. The server also rejects requests that arrive too early. Do not close this tab.
